Initial Consultation

We provide an initial low cost consultation for the first half hour for $150.00. Full first hour consultation fee is $250.00. Additional hours and subsequent meetings and works will be billed at the hourly rate of $300.00 (in case our flat/block fees do not apply, or if advised by us as to otherwise).

All fees are excluding taxes and disbursements, all of which will be billed separately. We charge for all instances of communication- telephones, facsimiles, emails, and in person.

We are able to offer flat fees and block fees for some legal works/tasks/services. We, lawyer in Richmond Hill, almost never act on contingency- unless subject to our discretion we state as to otherwise. Please be advised that to hire our firm, we always require a reasonable up front retainer, and proof of means to replenish the retainer further if/when required.

We accept Cash, PayPal, Electronic Payments, Email and Wire Transfers, Swift, Certified Funds (Certified Cheques, Money Orders, Bank Drafts),  Credit Cards (Visa and Master Cards).

Appointments

As our lawyers are frequently in Court or meetings, please contact us to arrange an appointment. Our dedicated support team ensures that all communications are attended to in a timely manner.

We only meet with clients at our office locations during working hours (10am-6pm) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) excluding Canadian and U.S. statutory holidays and bank holidays.

First-time client meetings are only conducted Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 2pm to 4.30pm.

Please note, all new cases are subject to our acceptance & approval policies since we apply our utmost discretion in taking on new cases and clients.

Privacy And Confidentiality

Lawyers are bound by the Rules of Professional Conduct to maintain client privacy and confidentiality. We take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously and we strive to best protect your privacy and confidentiality.

First Appointment

For your first meeting with one of our lawyers, please bring in all related documents, and two pieces of government issued identification cards, as well as your method of payment. We will commence representing you as soon as we have received a reasonable upfront retainer along with a signed copy of our Retainer Agreement.

Payment Information

Certified Funds (or other equivalent method of payment) payable to “Mr. Hosseini” or “Hosseini Law Firm” or exact cash, EMT or PayPal payment to paypal@hosseinilaw.com.

Alternatively, we also accept Visa & Master Cards. Please note that we always require an upfront retainer, and all taxes and disbursement along with a detailed statement of legal services will be billed against the provided retainer.
